This is a dual occupation project with consideration of the residential streetscape, concealing garages so that the design isn’t dominated by cars. Using the steep site to our advantage, and mindful of the adjacent public park, the articulation of the building has been designed as a sculptural response to the surrounding suburban, public and natural landscapes.
